RTOh no ("the App") is an office attendance tracker developed by Mediafactured. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from the sign-in provider. This is used solely to save and sync your data across devices.
The App stores the office days, vacation days, and holidays you enter. This data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore when you are signed in, and locally on your device (via browser storage) as a backup or when you are not signed in.
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and general device information. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve it. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can learn more about Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be processed by the following third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies:
Your data is stored in Google Firebase servers and locally on your device. We rely on Firebase's built-in security features to protect your data. Data transmitted between the App and Firebase is encrypted in transit.
Your attendance data is retained as long as you have an account. You can delete your data at any time by contacting us. If you use the App without signing in, data is stored only on your device and can be cleared through your browser or app settings.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
